Now, why can't I have any freaking neighbor's like this!!! I really enjoyed this book, it was sexy, funny, dirty, and romantic. I will admit Sean was funny as a side character, and the sister Beth and her hubby Andrew was also a great source of laughs. All together this was a great book , and sadly I think this is my first Sam Crescent book , but on a good note this won't be my last!
