Review: Five Alarm Donuts: Donut Day Collaboration

Five Alarm Donuts: Donut Day Collaboration Five Alarm Donuts: Donut Day Collaboration by Winter Travers
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

How did I miss a Winter Traver's book ! This one was great, it was a short read, but it had me laughing, oooo and ahhhh-ing. They are already together in the beginning, but now they just need to defined what they are. It was a great read, with some major humor, so sexy times, and always a HEA!

Review: Steady Bass

Steady Bass Steady Bass by Laura Kitchell
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Have you ever started a review but lost for words? I mean in a good way, b/c you don't know if you can do the story justice with just words? Steady Bass is #4 of the Flamesmith In Love series by Laura Kitchell. Dan is everything you want in a guy, hot , sexy, sweet, caring, and he is in a BAND! Charla is everything we try to be at one time or another, strong, independent, sassy and loner. But when they met OH WOW! This is one of those boy meets girl, girl say no no...boy say one day. Over all this is my favorite of the series. I loved Dan, but Charla spoke to me. The drama was enough to keep you going but not so over the top you get tired of it. The witty banter between the group gave you that " I feel like I am there , I am part of the band." Laura is a word genius the ideas and stories she writes are 100%. Never to much of anything and it always gives you a great read.

Review: Billionaire's Neighbor

Billionaire's Neighbor Billionaire's Neighbor by Brenda Ford
My rating: 2 of 5 stars

First time reading a Brenda Ford book and this wasn't the one I should have read. This was a childish book, the "billionaire" was a college kid who sadly isn't rich his parents are. This book was just bad, reading it was like reading a manual. No emotions in the writing and the characters just was so blah.

I skipped to the end to see if it got better and nope...

Review: Big, Bad Red

Big, Bad Red Big, Bad Red by Avery Flynn
My rating: 3 of 5 stars

I don't know how to do this review. I got this one, and I saw it was part 2 only after I read it. But I think even if I read part 1 I would have still be confused and asking WTH did I just read. There was no connection with the characters. I just felt as if I was reading a rough draft and I keep thinking it get better. And sadly ...nope. I think I will skip over the other parts of this.

Review: Virgin In The City

Virgin In The City Virgin In The City by Alexa Riley
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

It's Alexa Riley! So you know there is over the top alpha, sweet, hot, smoking story. With enough drama to get you thru and always a HEA! This was no different and it was wonderful! I love AR style , her males and females, and their friends!

Review: Pretty Girl

Pretty Girl Pretty Girl by Alexa Riley
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

To start of this review I want to tell you , this is your classic AR story. Man,woman, insta-love, protect, HEA. But what happens to get there was a great ride. Mila is the innocent model, who knows how to move when told. And Jax's is the man now hired to tell her how to move. She is being stalked and he is her protector. Good story, sweet outcome, and even thought I guessed who the stalker was in the beginning, I still loved finding out the why and the on so much fun beatdown. Another winner from AR!
